We are opening vacancy:

SCHOOL SECRETARY

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial, communication, and administrative/clerical duties in support of school activities.
• Provides support and performs numerous duties in support for leaders and student-parent communication channels, including arranging meetings, handling appointments/ schedules, answering queries and requests, etc.
• Work across departments and levels of management

Requirements:

·              Age: 25 – 38 years old

·              Minimum Bachelor’s degree

·              Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Secretary, Assistant,

Communication/Relation Dept, or other related fields

·              Good organisation, time-management and multitasking skills

·              Good communication and interpersonal skills

·              Good characters and Presentable

·              Initiative, proactive, and capable to work well independently as well

as in team 

·              High sense of responsibility, work ethic, and confidentiality

·              Competent digital/technology skills, eg. in using Google features

and other necessary digital platforms

·              English proficiency for writing and speaking

·              Good record of health
