Job Descriptions:

• Do IT Support and GA Policy & Procedure
• Troubleshooting IT job and GA activities
• Asset Management (Furniture, Vehicles Operation,Computer, Office Equipment)
• Network Configuration, Maintains system & Server
• Install Computer (Software & Hardware)
• Manage and Maintenance IT Equipment
• Perform other duties related to IT division and GA that may arise from time to time.
• Taking responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives.
• Preparation SOP and data report
• Supporting GA Department
• Providing regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with the HRD Dept to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
• Working on a wide range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems, solutions and process

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): IT Senior in Computer/ hardware, software, database, networking, Security system & Mikrotik
• Candidate must have minimum 3 (three) years experiences in related position and have the ability to lead and influence others.
• Aged maximum 36 year(s) old
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Having drive lisence class A and C
• Ability to work under general direction
• Some knowledge or experience in case management systems ISO 9001:2015
• Available immediately
• Willing to work at Jakarta Barat
