Lowongan Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer di PT Bruder Consulting Indonesia

To support the manager in coordinating the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) design and engineering activities with the prime objective of ensuring construction activities are built as per design and specification, in line with company’s health and safety procedures and with the objective of meeting project timelines and budgets.

Key accountabilities:

1. To coordinate all MEP design and design consultancy activities in order to ensure compliance with relevant engineering requirements along with technical and commercial contractual obligations.
2. To coordinate the review of quality of the works including procurement of MEP material in a timely manner in order to ensure construction continues as scheduled.
3. To supervise MEP engineering activities and the work of subordinates on design in order to ensure MEP installation are carried out as per program within safety and quality guidelines.
4. To ensure using all the MEP drawing is the latest version in order to ensure MEP installation are carried out as per program and in timely manner.
5. To monitor and control project designs, schedules, cost, results, and recommended improvements effectively to end-users in order to allow them to be successfully implemented in the field with the support of project management.
6. To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
7. To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
• Having SKA Ahli Plumbing & Pompa Mechanical (Kode:303), SKA Ahli Teknik Tenaga listrik (Kode:401)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in both residential and commercial buildings (Design of)
• Experience in design, fully proficient in AutoCAD/SAP2000 or ETABS/REVIT and others
• Have extensive experience in MEP installation works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors.
• In depth understanding of construction methodology covering building, HV electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical
• Have QA/QC training and experience
• Ready will be based in Bali
