Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Specialist to join our team. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for handling e-SPT, ensuring timely submission of tax forms and payments, managing and reconciling accounting records and taxation, and reporting tax liability according to regulations. The Tax Specialist will also verify tax invoice input and output to ensure data accuracy, prepare VAT monthly reports and annual SPT PPH Pasal 29 (body), and create SSP & PA every month for payment via bank lack VAT. Additionally, the Tax Specialist will create reports summarizing VAT & PPH 21, 23/26, and all reports relating to the lease, to provide material information for the company. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for providing tax advice related to common and specific findings from the Tax office and facing them for clarification.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in handling taxes related tasks.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Taxes from a reputable university.
• Experience working in a Public Accountant's office.
• Advanced Excel skills are a must.
• Must be able to handle e-SPT.
• Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, risk focus, and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Excellent administration and interpersonal skills.
