We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring, developing, conducting marketing and sales activities at the designated region. The candidate will ensure that all sales and marketing objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Manage and control the sales and marketing budget.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
• Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

Work location: Sumatra (Palembang, Pekanbaru, Medan, Lampung), Kepulauan Riau (Batam), Kalimantan (Balikpapan, Pontianak, Samarinda, Banjarmasin) and Sulawesi (Makassar, Manado). Other locations outside of Pulau Java will be considered as well.
