Lowongan General Manager Operations di PT Prisma Harapan

Responsibility:

• Integrating, synergizing and strategic management of operations activities, in accordance with the quality management system applicable in the company with the aim that all operations-related activities can run well.
• Design and develop short-term and long-term strategies as well as formulate and optimize budgets related to operations in an integrated manner with objectives in line with corporate objectives.
• Supervise and provide direction to the Business Development & Production Division, Animation Division, and Procurement Department with the aim that all processes work can go well.

Requirements:

• Age between 35 - 45 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a S1 Management or equivalent.
• Having a Strong Leadership and Management skills, and Effective communication skills.
• 5+ years of extensive experience as a General Manager Operations involving experience in systems development and implementation.
• Demonstrate proficient English in active and passive communication
• Demonstrate good ethics and attitude.
