Lowongan National Sales Manager di PT East West Seed Indonesia

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and adjust the long-term business plan to its implementation 
• Manage the tactical and key account plans to secure both short and long-term revenue 
• Build and manage channels, partners and end-user relationships 
• Establish ownership of the channel program in Indonesia by setting expectations to dealers, monitoring sales activities and managing national dealer classification
• Collaborate with the supply & demand function 
• Conduct monthly sales reviews with the sales team (elaborated as a monthly national report) 
• Perform country-level approvals of pricing and expenditure 
• Work with the Marketing department to determine marketing promotions & strategy 

Requirements: 

• University degree in Agriculture, Business Management or a related field 
• Minimum 10 years of work experience (with 5 years of experience in people management and a solid track record as a good leader and in driving the company revenue) 
• Experience in strategic planning and sales operation management 
• Knowledgeable in Indonesia agriculture market with the mindset of high growth expansion across the country 
• Structured thinking, analytical mind and enhanced business mindset 
• Must-have experience in managing prospects in sales and marketing strategy implementation 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• High willingness to travel across Indonesia and strong engagement to interact with farmers
• Fluency in English is required
• Ready to be placement at Purwakarta, West Java (Hybrid).
