Lowongan Event & Exhibition Supervisor (AEON MALL Jakarta Garden City) di PT Aeon Mall Indonesia

Requirement :

1. Age 29 - 35 years old
2. Having Experience in same position min. 3 years (prefer at shopping mall)
3. Good Communication skill, fluent in English both written and spoken
4. Excellent organizational skill
5. Able work under pressure
6. Having good relation with brand, UMKM, and other parties
7. Willing to work in Cakung Area
8. Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
9. Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

Job Description

1. Monitoring event and exhibition
2. Actively seek exhibitor to occupy exhibition area based on target
3. Coordination and handling area for event and exhibition in mall
4. Responsible for maintain good relation with exhibitor and tenant
5. Make a plan for exhibition and event Mall
6. Responsible for searching candidate for exhibition area and income for exhibition
7. Work closer with casual leasing team and support operation department
8. Monitoring loading and unloading exhibition materials and ensuring the exhibition area is in accordance with agreement
9. Make report to superior for all executing plan
