Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of the legal function and provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal advice to support the companys business.
• Oversee and execute compliance initiatives.
• Monitor, measure and report on any legal issues, opportunities and development.
• Conduct research and ensure adherence to the prevailing laws, draft, circulate to the management, review with the management, finalizing the draft and process for signature or initial to the management.
• Ensure the company in line with regulations, handle report to government, and responsible for the anti-fraud policy of the company.
• Build and maintain the company framework and policy.
• Manage and assisting due diligence process, handle business strategy analysis, and advise suitable acquisition process.
• Maintain good relations and communications within departments and company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Law from reputable university.
• Hold PERADI License would be a plus.
• Minimum 6-8 years experience in banking/financial institution and/or law firm.
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Proven experience and solid understanding in general corporate matters.
• Excellent intrapersonal and communications skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
