Business Development Assistant

Purpose:

A business development assistant will support an organization's development team to ensure consistent and timely delivery of core services to clients. As a business development assistant, you will assist in creating plan to achieve the company's goals and objectives

Job description

1. Identify the needs of training demand
2. Identify and compare the needs and the training provided
3. Create and Propose the training time table and proposal to related parties
4. Monitor overall marketing budget relate to Training 
5. Design and development of corporate websites including CMS implementation and on-line ordering.
6. Ensure all related marketing tools, accommodation, training tools, trainer are provided
7. Ensure event can be held properly both onsite or online schema
8. Evaluate the training result and ensure improvement can be implemented
9. Report regularly to related manager in achieving the result and ensure all payments are closed

Job Specification

1. Fresh graduate or 2 years experience from Communication or Marketing back ground from reputable university
2. Has computer literate specifically in Web, CMS, SEM and any other Digital Ads Platforms
3. Good looking and communication skill both written and speaking in English
4. Well understand in digital marketing, online media, honest, innovative, creative and solusable person
5. Able to provide and deliver a bright idea in strategic plan for campaigning our industry
6. Able to work under pressure and result oriented
7. Able to work in Pasar Minggu Area
