Job Description :

• Drive team productivity and effectivity to optimize costs, improve performance.
• Praparation of quantitive analysis of sales volumes, product profit margin, prices and etc.
• Analyze customer credit performance, sales forecast, credit control and follow up mechanism for timely collection
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing and explaining information
• Support in preparation of project financials preparation, feasibility study and returns calculations
• Maintaining customer database, price and discount structures in the system
• Involve in conference calls/meetings with top management to discuss action plans on delinquent debts
• Ensure accounting for bad debts & provisioning comply with accounting standards

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
• At least 7-10 years of experience in credit collection management in banking/ feedmill industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, in-depth and detailed knowledge on a wide range of financial products and processes
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Work well under pressure and tight deadline
• Good analytical thinking is a must
• Willing to work in Kuningan, South Jakarta
