Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
• At least 7-10 years of experience in related field.
• Financial accounting knowledge and experience of managing relationships.
• Able to understand and interpret complex ideas / data and explain in simple terms
• Intermediate excel skills and efficient manipulation of large quantities of data
• Clear communicator with both finance and non-finance people- written and oral
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Work well under pressure and tight deadline
• Good analytical thinking is a must
• Willing to work in Kuningan, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

1. Plan, control, monitor, manage risk, and identify opportunities of gross sales to net sales to ensure sales key metrics can be delivered as per budget
2. Act as finance advisor for sales team to navigate margin/ return movements of our products.
3. Perform rolling gross margin analysis based on sales price, product mix, customer, and raw material price movements.
4. Build rolling sales forecast/ trend and assist sales team to translate numbers into channel strategy. Build analytical models and tools to assess the impact of various strategic and product growth scenarios
5. Support our sales leadership team in developing annual and multi-year targets for revenue, market share, and profit margin analysis.
6. Ensure accuracy of reporting and sufficiency of budget provision related to commercial spending
7. Develop topline budget and financial forecasts (trends) in collaboration with sales team
8. Analyze topline financial reporting (above gross margin) across all entities within De Heus Indonesia, including drives & educates processes to benchmark, reporting and establishes best practices.
9. Plan & Analyze Business Performance. Anticipates and identifies opportunities, risks and solutions to close the gaps, calculates and interprets financial results, recommend changes in a strategic direction.
10. Analyze, validate and communicate financial results monthly providing actionable information and analysis to the business which will drive decision making
