Qualification

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): manage shipment, import policy & law.
4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
5. Fluent in English both speaking and writing.

Job Description

1. Verify that all documentation adheres to import policies and laws.
2. Deal with shipping, receiving, and record keeping for international transactions.
3. Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries. They also deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
4. Arrange claim note if any damage during shipment
5. Carrying out administrative records of Import 
6. Mandatory knowledge of HS Code and INCOTERMS implementation along with pre shipment and post shipment documentation is required.
