About the Role:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Responsible for preparation and closing of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: Sales Order, Cash flow, AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support inter-company billing activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (VAT/WHT/CIT etc.), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

What We are Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Good working knowledge of IFRS
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
• Hands-on experience with cloud accounting software packages
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in english and bahasa
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Brevet A & B will be added advantage
