Lowongan Logistic Manager di PT Zoomlion Indonesia Heavy Industry

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree or Above in Management Logistic, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
• Maximum 40 Years Old;
• At Least 3-4 Years Handling in Construction Machinery Logistics; 
• Have Deep Knowledge About Export & Import Also Area Laws of Construction Equipment Logistic is a Plus;
• Proficient in Bahasa, English, Both Spoken and Written (or Mandarin would be advantage);
• Have PPJK / Export- Import Certificate will be point plus;
• Have Driving License, Can Drive to Warehouse and Port If Necessary;
• Can handle and coomunicate with team

Job Description :

• Responsible for all import and export duties, including labeling, custom clearance, shipment tracking, etc;
• Supervises and Coordinates Import and Export Activities. Ensure that they are monitored, report and reviewed for accuracy and in compliance with applicable national laws, regulations, rules, policies and procedure;
• Responsible and support transport delivery, follow up delivery to various destination
• Responsible for SOM, inquiry system and payment system relatively
• Checking, control and analyze the requirement for loading and unloading unit
• Check and investigate if there is any incident/damage/broken of our unit, claim process to vendor until finish
• Assist Warehouse and Logistic Supplier Management;
• Update national and local regulations related custom clearance matter for heavy machines product/dealers/logistic;
• Communications & reporting to Logistic Department of Head quaters;
