工作内容：

1.负责业务需求对接及流程引导，询价及报价整理；RResponsible for business demand docking and process guidance, inquiry and quotation sorting;

2.采购台账维护.OA系统流程提交；Procurement List Maintaining, progress of application in system OA

3.跟进纸质合同盖章邮寄等日常执行类工作；contract progress maintaining

4.协助领导跟进一些项目进展；Follow up the progress of project with direct supervisor.

5.完成领导交代的其他事宜。Other job list that given by direct supervisor.

任职要求：

1.熟悉使用办公软件；Familiar with computing software

2.思路清晰，可以明确理解领导给予的工作指示并能清楚地表达自己的想法；Cleare logic, can understand the task and communication skill very well;

3.性格乐观.严谨，有责任心，自我驱动能力强；optimist, put attention for detailed, responsible, strong self motivation.

4.有过项目管理.流程管理经验者优先；have experience for Project management， operational management are preferable.

5.有过钢铁行业经验者优先；have experience in steel industry is preferable.

6.本科及以上学历，供应链管理.市场营销.管理类相关专业优先。Bachelor degree, supply chain management, marketing, businesss administration major is preferable.

7.语言能力：中文、英文、印尼文, Language capability: Mandarin, english, Indonesia
