Requirements:

1. Maximum 40 years old
2. S1 Degree from reputable University
3. Must have minimum of 5 years experience in hospital and/or medical device or healthcare industries
4. Understand hospital and/or Clinic Business process and operation system will be an advantage
5. Have an awesome personality, be able to communicate and work well with colleagues and customers
6. Having a mutual broad with Hospital & Diagnostic Lab and institution government
7. Able to work under pressure.
8. Computer literate and possess strong analytical skills
9. Good in English both written and oral will be an advantage
10. Self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently and team player
11. Good in communication, negotiation, leadership & presentation skills

Job Description:

1. Lead, coach, manage and motivate for team to meet and exceed sales performance
2. Able to establish business cooperation with partners (Hospital & Clinical Laboratory & Doctor & Nurse & Puskesmas etc)
3. Build and maintain relationship with all customers through an effective contact program with customers
4. Explore market opportunities and manage product portfolio to achieve profitable sales growth and gather market information on competitor activities
5. Monitor and evaluate all team activities to improve performance effectiveness
6. Handle all customer complaints satisfactorily.
