Job Description :

1.   Plan and execute an effective marketing strategy to increase awareness and image of an office space leasing company.

2.   Identify new marketing opportunities and develop creative ideas to attract potential tenants.

3.   Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers and other business partners to expand networks and create opportunities for cooperation.

4.   Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and digital content.

5.   Manage marketing campaigns through various channels, including social media, online advertising, email and direct marketing activities.

6.   Coordinate participation in exhibitions, industry events, and other marketing activities to expand reach and increase company exposure.

7.   Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, needs of prospective tenants, and identify the company's competitive advantage.

8.   Analyze marketing data and generate periodic performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

9.   Build and maintain good relationships with prospective tenants and existing clients, as well as provide good customer service.

10. Manage and optimize the company's digital content, including websites, social media, and other online marketing platforms.

Qualification :

1.   Bachelor's degree in marketing or international Business from reputable University in US, Australia, Europe. Master degree is preferable

2.   Toefl : 550 or ielts : 7

3.   Maximum 33 years old

4 Foreign Graduate
