The Financial Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data (quantitative and qualitative) to support the financial decision-making process:

• Conduct in-depth financial data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for business improvement.
• Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from financial and operational data.
• Apply statistical concepts and methodologies for hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Apply machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis processes.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and data visualizations for easy comprehension and decision-making.
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to assist in business planning.
• Communicate findings to superordinates in a clear and concise way.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
• Able to operate advance functions in Excel, e.g., Data analysis, VBA, Visualisation.
• Able to perform more complex queries and manipulate data in more sophisticated ways other than just select, insert, update, and delete it.
• Able to generate clear and concise slides to convey messages.
• Able to solve problems using mathematical logical thinking and statistics analytical.
• Additional skills as follow will be a plus:
• Operating ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Data visualisation (e.g., Power BI).
• Having the above skills is preferred, but not required, as we will provide training.
