AREA MANAGER

(Urgently Needed for MEDAN and other cities in Sumatera)

Responsibilities:

Managing and organizing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for sales achievement and the strategy including building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• Minimal Experience 3 years in retail F&B (Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent).
• Mastering F&B’s strategy in PNL, Labour Cost, Food Cost and COGS, Inventory Stock Opname & Standard Service.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store
• Great communicator and proven leader.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Willing to travel
