Position Summary:

Reporting to the Category Manager, you will lead and deliver technology projects that will be an instrumental part of WIK’s success, influencing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers across the global organization and our customers.

 Upholding the three pillars of a project i.e. TIMEPLAN, COST And DESIGN (QUALITY/TECHNOLOGY, the role requires good commercial and technical understanding, to steer and communicate project status, risk and technical progress to senior management; whilst interacting with key stakeholders in the engineering, operations, quality teams as well as our customers and key suppliers.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Project direction together with the Category Manager and define the project team setup in conjunction with the engineering/technical leads to achieve the project scope and goals.
• Ownership of the project plans activities and deliverables, ensuring their delivery through prioritization and escalation of unresolved conflicts.
• Ensuring the Project KPIs (centred around costs, timeline, and quality) are reported in time and reflect accurately the state of the project.
• Responsible for defining the communications plan for each project to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed in an efficient manner.
• Communicate between teams within the global organization to ensure effective and timely input; resolve conflicts and lead solutions implementations.
• Lead communication with all stakeholders acting as a first point of contact, in parallel of NPI projects, lead RFQs activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and above 5 years working experience in Project Manager position.
• Team oriented, independent, active, and reliable working methods, mobility to travel or even relocate within the WIK Group in the future.
• Fluent in English and strong communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Good attitude towards new challenges and with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and proven track records of Project Management experience
