Main Responsibility

Coordinate and monitoring safety:

• Assisting Site SEO in Monitoring of national laws compliance and company standards & Guidelines implementation
• Informing and supporting site SEO and line management in ESH Matters
• Support process of permit to work system and risk assessment on site
• Monitoring of safety and health protection measures on site
• Supporting Site SEO for ESH national programs, e.g. Responsible Care, PROPER, Zero Accident Award etc.

Monitoring and improvement:

• Conduct safety inspection based on schedule
• Participating in site emergency management
• Support implementation of fire protection system and safety equipment
• Supporting and providing ESH Training and/or ESH Induction for contractor personnel

Continuous organizational development:

• Assessing risks and the implemented risk control on site
• Reporting and coordination investigation of incidents according to company guidelines and procedures
• Providing technical ESH support to the site and coordinating their ESH activities

People management:

• Supporting and providing ESH Training, Safety talk for all employees and contractors
• Lead contractor safety activities on site

Site Support Services:

• Monitoring and reporting follow ups of ESH Audits and Inspections
• Support the use of Clariant system documentation, e.g. SAP
• Support Site security activities on site

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree in OH&S, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering or Bachelor degree in Technic Major
• Having good skill in Ms. Office
• Having good presentation skills and analytical capabilities
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Having good leadership skill
• Having good discipline, honest, good collaboration and able to work under pressure
