Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Online English Teacher to join our team and teach English to young learners in an online learning environment. The ideal candidate should be a person with a passion for teaching and the ability to engage and inspire young students. The primary focus of this role is to create a supportive and interactive learning atmosphere where kids can develop their language skills effectively and with enjoyment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct live online English classes for kids, delivering instruction in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

2. Evaluate students' language proficiency and progress by assessing homework, assignments, quizzes, and participation in class. 

3. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

4. Identify and cater to individual student needs by creating personalized learning plans to ensure all children receive appropriate attention and support.

5. Utilize online teaching tools and software to enhance the learning experience and maintain effective communication with students and parents.

6. Keep accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and performance. Maintain an online file of student records for easy reference.

7. Create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive virtual classroom environment where kids feel comfortable expressing themselves and engaging in language practice.

8. Work closely with other teachers and administrative staff to coordinate lesson plans, share best practices, and contribute to the improvement of the online learning platform.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field.

2. TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent language teaching qualifications.

3. Proven experience in teaching English to young learners, preferably in an online setting.

4. Knowledge of various teaching methods suitable for kids.

5. Strong organizational and communication skills.

6. Patience, enthusiasm, and dedication to children's education.

7. Comfortable with technology and online teaching platforms.

Additional Information:

- This is a remote position; candidates can work from their own homes.

- Having a laptop with webcam and the processor is Intel i5 (10th Gen or higher), 4GB RAM, Windows 10 or higer.
