An expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates for the following positions:

1.   Tax Supervisor (TS)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years work Experience in the same field
• Skill to prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including in an automated system
• Skill to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely
• Honest, trusty person, discipline Fast learner & creative
• Ability to work independently & in a team
• Calculate & Prepare Corporate Tax payments in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
• Prepare tax reporting (PPh & VAT) to be reported through e-SPT and e-Invoice.
• Update tax regulations and software to prevent any mistake.
• Complies with state and region tax filling requirements, calculating tax payments; assembling data for tax fillings.
• Having a strong understanding of accounting and finance as well as taxation is required.
• Finance system or apps enthusiast would be advantage
• Having Brevet A/B/C is advantage
• Comply with Company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
• Liaise with tax authorities and government agencies to secure favorable position and settle disputes
• Handling e-SPT reporting Monthly and Annualy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
