Job Description

• Building the relation ship with customer and correct the information
• Price registration/changing into customer’s system
• Make a billing invoice and pass it to them
• Delivery date adjustment to customer
• Inform to customer the initial delivery for spec change parts
• Send the drawing by customer portal
• Window for visitor for arrangement
• Sales processing during inter-company
• Make a quotation (price breakdown) and explain it to customer
• Window for customer’s questionnaire system
• Local supplier investigation from material to parts
• Cost registration/changing into system
• Monthly payment arrangement to suppliers
• Monthly purchasing KPI report
• Supplier delivery and quality issue co-ordination if any
• Handle indirect purchasing related according to plant needs
• Local supplier RFI/RFQ
• New project supplier proposal assistance
• Cost breakdown analysis
• Daily work and urgent issue report to GHQ purchasing

Job Requirements

• MAX AGE 33 YO
• 2 YEARS EXPERIENCED IN AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURE
• Good working knowledge of English
• investigate Local supplier from material to parts
• Cost registration into system
• arrangement Monthly payment to suppliers
• co-ordination Supplier delivery and quality issue
• Handle indirect purchasing related according to ALL DEPT NEEDS
• Local supplier RFI/RFQ
