Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant position.
• Have a good knowledge of ERP software (SAP/Dynamic 365/Odoo), business intelligence systems & software programming.
• Strong project management skills with SCRUM Framework.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support development processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
• Having experience in an Automotive Company (Sales, Service & Spareparts) or Mining Company (Coal Mine) is a great plus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel, comfortable to work in different time zones.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Required Skills(s): Project Management, IT Software Planning, SCRUM, Agile, SDLC.

Job Description

• Carrying out managerial, supervisory, and controlling functions in IT system development.
• Responsible for developing and improving IT systems.
• Make analysis, planning, design, and development of IT systems.
• Analyzing the specifications, and effectiveness and identifying improvements of new applications and current applications.
• Investigating, recommending, and implementing new systems.
• Drive root cause analyses, and coach team on doing them, as well as leading in-house development to improve project performance.
• Drive continual improvement in all corporate systems through tool building and automation.
• Define and drive projects and report on their progress.
• Meet with users to develop relationships and clarify requirements.
• Create and refine the staffing and support plan for these department.
• Create and improve system development department reporting and procedure.
• Work in an environment where operational excellence is truly the first priority.
