Job Description :

• Handling legal and compliance documents administration, as well as permits.
• Reviewing company documents and contracts
• Assisting the legal advisory unit in operating in the group's multi jurisdictional environment.
• Assisting in the management of legal exposure and the mitigation of legal risks in the company's business operations.
• Managing and filing company legal documents, licenses, and certifications required by the company and its subsidiaries and ensuring that all of them are still valid and active.
• Doing the corporate task witihin the group (holding-subholding)
• Prepare the legality of documents that related transaction
• Reviewing and drafting documents (such as agreement, documentation, etc) related to the company's business (sub holding) activites in Head Office Group (holding company)
• Doing the Legal Due Diligence (LDD)
• Managing the company's documents and ensuring legal compliance with their implementation

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree , Business Law / Corporate Law
• Min. 3 years Experience
• PKPA / PERADI Certification
• Ready to travel Business
• Good Communication
• Good Legal Administration
