PT. Forisa Nusapersada is one of the prestigious and rapidly growing manufacturing and aims to be one of the best Food & Beverages manufacture in Indonesia. We are looking for HR Staff as excelent opportunity to join with us.

Some of your duties will include :

• Responsible the date base is up to date & accurate in HRIS (New employee, attedance report, leave)
• Maintain employee records & documents, such as new hires, career history, organization chart
• Manage the staff personnel file to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date in a timely and accurate manner. Routinely file documents and ensure files are complete at all times.

Qualification(s) :

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience as HR Staff
• Having a good knowledge with HRIS
• Strong administrative, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office
