Lowongan HR Manager di PT Pendanaan Teknologi Nusa

Responsibilities:

1.    Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

2.    Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

3.    Evaluate Recruitment Process

4.    Manages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company, Career Path, Development Program, and others

5.    Plan, implementation, evaluate Training Needs Analysist (TNA) regarding on company needs

6.    Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

7.    Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

8.    Nurture a positive working environment

9.    Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

10. Maintain compensation and benefits program

11. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

12. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Partners with third parties, Government or private sector related with employement regulation and others

Job Specification: 

1.  Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, and related field.

2.  At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4.  Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

5.  Knowledge of HR systems and databases

6.  Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

7.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8.  Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

9.  Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

10.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

11.Strong decision-making skills
