Job Description :

• Researching and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for new product lines and collections.
• Developing product concepts and designs, and collaborating with designers and product development teams to bring them to life.
• Collaborating with production teams to sensure that the product is manufactured to meet quality standards and delivered on time.
• Developing and managing production schedulesm budgets, and timelines.
• Conducting sales analysis and tracking sales performance to ensure that the collection meets sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional and marketing strategies to support the collection.
• Working closely with retail team to ensure that the collction is merchandised effectively in-store and online.

Requirements :

• Max 32 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree Fashion Design, Product Design or equivalent.
• Comfortable working with numbers, organized, strong analytical skills, good detail orientation.
• Min. 5 years experience in similar position.
• Strong fashion sense of colors and good knowledge of fashion lifestyles & trends.
• Interested in Fashion Industry
• Hard worker, creative, responsible, initiative, team work, able to work well under pressure and tight deadline
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta Barat
