- To achieve sales & distribution target. Ensuring that all OTC products achieve monthly sales & distribution (numeric) target
- Manage and control all operation activities in the assigned areas, Monthly Call Plan and Expenses; prepare weekly and monthly report of assigned area to Associate Area Manager
- Prepare, execute, and coordinate marketing program in assigned areas. Understand the market and its competition in assigned areas: monitor competitor activities, monitor consumer survey and products availability
- Lead and direct, as well as evaluate the performance of team members in assigned areas, develop their skills, provide feedback and direction to team members to improve performance quality & productivity. As part of developing team, develop plan & Implement coaching to team members; identify the best coaching method for each SMD (Sales and Merchandising). Maintain and update medical & product knowledge of the team members
- Maintain relationship with customer (pharmacy and modern channel) and distributors, medical institutions (clinic and hospital); and conduct some activities to promote Actavis products
- Work together Medical Affairs and Regulatory to report and follow up complaints of product safety (drug safety monitoring) and assist QA Department to maintain service level to the customers
- To have deep understanding of company compliance policies and implement it in the marketing program activities in assigned areas. Ensure the implementation of QEHS procedure, regulations, and company policies
