Our business operates in a dynamic and rapidly growing minerals market in Indonesia. As customer expectations rise, there is a growing demand for comprehensive aftermarket support services that extend beyond the initial sales. These services play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving repeat business, and cultivating positive brand perception.
We recognize the imperative need to open a dedicated Aftermarket Support Manager position in country as part of our strategic efforts to enhance our aftermarket support in Indonesia. The role is rooted to our commitment in delivering outstanding customer experiences, maintaining a competitive edge, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
This role on will cater to the evolving needs of our growing customer base, creating an integrated product solution, and reinforce our customer-centric based approach to our overall success in the Indonesia market.

Key Responsibilities:
· Focus Area: Responsible in business development, marketing and sales strategies for Aftermarket support segment in conjunction with the Regional Service Manager Asia, Country Manager Indonesia, Service Centre Manager Jakarta and Area Manager(s) Indonesia.
· Focus Area: Develop and achieve growth in aftermarket retention strategies that cascade down into site specific objectives customized to individual customers’ needs.
· Focus Area: Act as driving force behind transforming innovative ideas into actionable plans, ensuring seamless coordination, and producing winning aftermarket support proposals.
· Focus Area: Generate comprehensive detailed focus on measurement of TOC “Total Ownership Costs”, whereby improvement initiative, savings and trial proposals are to be presented based on a commercially justifiable business case to improve the customer’s TOC.
· Focus Area: Lead the end-to-end proposal development for aftermarket support, collaborate with technical and business teams to gather project information, technical details, and scope requirements, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a sales/marketing/business development role within the minerals processing industry or similar and managing multiple products and services.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering stream as minimum,10 years hands on experience in mining industry or similar.
Master/MBA qualification and prior experience with mechanical engineering and knowledge of Weir products would be highly advantageous.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations.
Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; develops realistic action plans.
