We operate tours to Indonesia, Bali, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore & Brunei. And we have offices in Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kuala Lumpur, and Borneo.

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven System Coordinator based in Sanur, Bali.

Profile:

•          At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Have good communication skills, customer-centric with a commitment to high standards of service delivery.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong good analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, self-starter, and teamwork person.
• Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

As System Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operation, and optimization of the database system, to keep the database up-to-date and to ensure that the user can access the information they need, including:

•          Validate and verify data that will be uploaded to the database management system.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all client's needs are met.
• Coordinate with various functional areas to ensure that accurate data is being generated, and entered in the system.
• Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the system.
• Evaluate and execute new upgrades, tools, and applications to enhance efficiency and productivity.
•  Maintain a good relationship with existing clients, and suppliers and offer the best solutions to their issues.
