Lowongan Internal Controls & SOx Compliance Senior Analyst di PT Heinz Abc Indonesia

The primary focus of this position is to test internal controls strategy across the Indonesia- Papua New Guinea and Asia Exports business units in accordance applicable compliance requirements and the Global strategy. This includes assisting in the annual risk assessment process- performing walkthroughs- testing the design of controls- testing the operating effectiveness of controls and supporting management in their remediation of identified control deficiencies.

Specifically- the Internal Controls Analyst will:

• Work closely with the Internal Controls Manager and Internal Controls Senior Analyst to execute the internal controls strategy in relevant BUs.
• Prepare walkthroughs- tests of design and tests of operating effectiveness of controls;
• Execute the Control Self-Assessment programme to provide insights and improvements in the control environment;
• For processes with controls weaknesses- assist in performing the root-cause analysis- working closely with local and zone management to remediate control deficiencies on a timely basis;
• Leverage the use of technologies to drive a more efficient control environment;
• Review and provide recommendations to current policies- procedures (routines) and internal control systems to ensure they are up to date based on testing procedures and results;
• Develop and deliver internal control and compliance training to upskill stakeholders;
• Work closely with internal and external auditors for coordinating audits and reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting- Finance- Commerce or other relevant degree preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Big 4 or similar experience preferred
• Experience with internal controls- SOX- & documentation and mapping of risks and controls required
