Lowongan Merchandiser - Garments/Shoes Department di PT Sunrise Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sourcing Factory

• Source Vendor and develop new products base on Product Development and Merchandising Team requirements and brief.
• Preview and identify “Good Standard” direct factory / vendor sources
• Explain company terms and ensure the fully compliance of the Vendor Standard

2) Vendor Management

• Expand or consolidate vendor base when appropriate
• Price negotiation and lead-time negotiation along with regular trouble shooting issues such as deliveries and quality issues
• Build up strong communication with Regional sales and Supply Chain Team.

3) Product development and production follow up

• Assist with color standards evaluation, setup / update detail tracking records for

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years Merchandising/ Sourcing experiences in sportswear apparels
• Experience in Product development, sourcing, negotiation & factory preview.
• Experience in Global sourcing office dealing with international buyer and stakeholder
• Familiar with apparel development cycle / schedule / Quality requirement
• Good communication skills, good command in spoken and written English and preferred to Madrian is advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook)
