Responsibilities

• Controlling and managing legal documents and company assets
• Provide legal opinion related to legal and business aspects of the company
• Reviewing legal contracts, cooperation agreements and other legal documents related to company needs
• Manage administration related to agreements, permits, assets, contracts, and company legality

Requirements

• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Law from Reputable University
• Having more than 2 years experience in same position
• Have the ability in terms of legal affairs business law, drafting and legal review
• Understand and be familiar with the licensing system through OSS RBA
• Able to act and operate independently with minimum daily direction to accomplish objectives
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
• Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
