Job description

• Call/visit customers in a regular basis to understand it's business, processes and build solid relationships
• Work to achieve 100% connected machines in the compressor room and make sure that customers are registered in Smartlink
• Work to achieve 100% serviced machines in the compressor room
• Find new business opportunities, upselling, cross selling and climbing the service ladder
• Monitor the uptime of the contracted machines and create an action plan to keep it in the highest levels
• Increase the customer satisfaction and NPS levels
• Use C4C to manage calls, leads, opportunities, customer base and activities
• Work together with the sales engineers, building customer-oriented proposals

Experience requirements

• Experience on machinery and/or service sales & marketing would be an advantage

Knowledge

• Knowledge in Compressed Air System will be highly considered
• Able to operate Microsoft Office Applications
• Have a good command of written and spoken English. Excellent presentation and communication skills

Educational requirements

• University degree in technical or commercial field or similar through experience
