Job Description:

• Establish and nurture partnerships with potential partner while also implementing effective marketing activations to boost brand awareness
• Identify, negotiate, and execute mutually beneficial strategic marketing partnerships that align with Pitik’s campaign & objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing activation plans to raise brand awareness and promote Pitik products and services
• Smoothly manage events preparation and execution as planned; timeline, budget, and concept
• Work on ad-hoc partnership or activation projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
• Monitor & track partnership or activation performance to give clear updates as well as pointing out learnings & recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of experience working in brand, product, or content marketing, ideally in the FMCG industry
• Outstanding oral and written communications and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners and team members.
• Solid project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficient in market research and data analysis that will support business’ decision-making process
