Job Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• At least 3 (three) years of working experience in similar position and related field
• Computer literate
• Discipline, detail oriented, accurate and trustworthy.
• Ready to join ASAP

Job Responsibility:

Handling Inbound and Outbound documentation matters and giving good service to consignee/shipper.

INBOUND

• Preparing DND waiver to Principal.
• In charge as Import CS for problem solving.
• Preparing MA for Inbound.
• Preparing and checking demurrage invoices.
• Preparing VAS report.
• In charge for customs issues.
• Monitoring Import Delivery Order releasing.
• Monitoring and following up long stay container-inbound.
• Monitoring and following up outstanding for demurrage
• Submit TPC discount/waiver request to HQ.
• Submit demurrage discount request to HQ.
• Keep good relationship with all importers.
• Developing/increasing customer, base on preparing for all export invoices both COC and SOC.

 OUTBOUND

• Monitoring export Bill of Lading
• Alternatively, doing manifest submission to customs.
• Preparing WMR report.
• Documents filing.
• Email correspondences.
• Prepare B/L for India/Dubai/Hammad/Egypt/Colombo/Membasa.
• Prepare B/L for D/G cargo.

 I/B and O/B

Ensure and monitor all invoice export, invoice import, Security Deposit Advise and Deliver Order are printed correctly and in timely manner and or as per determined schedule.
