• Responsible for online stores in e-commerce market places
• Manage all online store activities, such as uploading products, setting prices, etc
• Manage and understand all the features that exist in the E-commerce market place, such as shop vouchers, store flash sales, store feeds, broadcast features, live streaming etc.
• Create and carry out promotions to increase sales conversion
• Create and carry out advertising plans in the market place and maximize ROI
• Coordinate with the operational team for order fulfillment
• Communicating with the platform regarding sales operations and resolving goods problems
• Handle Chat, Complains, Discussions, Technical consults from e-commerce Marketplace

Qualifications:

• Have experience handling E-Commerce marketplace
• Understanding of product upload procedures, ordering and e-commerce campaigns is a plus
• Have experience on maintaining Social Media and digital marketing is a plus
• Skilled with Graphic Design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
