Job Description :

• Perform pilot machine operation in order to create new product & process portfolio leading to readiness for future requirement and improvement on current (i.e quality improvement, productivity, cost reduction)
• Perform laboratory testing & analysis in order to promote department by providing credible technical services
• Manage department resources in order to deliver with high integrity, efficiency, reliability, value and timeliness, including :
• calibration & maintenance plan of lab instrument & pilot machines
• Management of raw materials, products, spare parts and supporting equipment

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or other related subject
• At least 1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Diploma can be considered if the candidate has 4+ years of working experience as Foreman (Production/R&D/QC) or as similar roles
• Excellent knowledge of polymer & supporting materials (additives, adhesives), material testing
• Familiar with production process in film & packaging manufacturing (extrusion/casting/blowing/lamination)
• High integrity, high motivation & determination, result oriented
• Good logical thinking, good quality mindset, good adaptability
