ROLE OBJECTIVE

The objective of this role is to provide and develop a suitable plan maintenance system based on Maintenance Standard, in addition to executing planning, development, and communication of weekly work schedules for an Operation / Operational area including HSE and Production.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum S1 Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering or equivalent direct industry experience in a plant maintenance position
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role within fixed plant maintenance execution such as Washing Plant, Crushing Plant, Conveyor, etc. (preferably in coal or mineral mining industry)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role in maintenance planning

• Remote working area with difficult logistics;
• Extreme weather condition on site;
• Knowledge various type of knowledge related to Fix Plant Equipment, Spare Part
• Management, Inventory Management, Maintenance tools, etc.;
• Continuously learning the Fixed Plant Technology to update skills to keep up with the latest technology because this kind of technology grows rapidly;
• Interaction with many kind of section and different people.
• Develop accurate maintenance Master Data
• Maintaining spare parts availability due to long lead time
