Requirements

• At least 8~10 years of BD experience from B2B solutions highly preferred.
• Sales experience from Employee Banking highly preferred, experience with other Fintech, HR tech good to have → key is having experience selling to HR, CFO or COO type stakeholders at MNCs, as well as secondarily, having experience managing relationships with Banks and FI.

• Strong demonstrated experience / track record growing user number by the thousands; strong track record of onboarding large corporates or other platform partnerships.

• Existing network of senior management at platforms (prepaid card platforms, ecommerce platforms or other technology-based platform businesses), corporate / industry associations, government and/or companies (particularly, in tech companies, service industries or logistics industries who may sign on as a customer) are a plus

• Experience in digital marketing efforts a plus

• Strong presentation creation skills a must

• Strong communications skills a must

• Proficiency in any of these technology domains: fintech, HR

• English required

• Possesses good work ethic, a team player, self-directed and passionate about technology

Job Details:

• This is primarily a business development and sales role. As our client business model is B2B2C, this candidate be expected to lead the sales efforts with corporate customers and marketing.
• Senior management and bank partners will open doors to senior management at customer companies. You will be expected to solidify / close the accounts and work with the clients to launch our product within the company.
• Work closely with Products Lead in Malaysia and other BD leads in Philippines, Malaysia and Seoul, as well as senior management
• Be a self-starter that is able to wear many hats and be proactive.
