Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 6 years experience in civil construction. Experience in biomass power/Geotechnical/structural steel will be an advantage
3. Good competencies on construction methods and system analysis in biomass power plant or power plant construction project
4. Ability to perform in accordance with specification, project timelines, and budget
5. Strong background in quality control, testing, and monitoring all civil construction activities meet the required standards and specification.
6. Good communication skill with internal and external parties
7. Fluency in English is a must
8. Willing to be assigned in Tanjung Seumantoh, Aceh

Job Descriptions

1. Ensuring all quantity surveying work and projects under the supervision are consistently managed according to Biomass power plant works
2. Ensuring all quantity surveying duties and responsibilities are in accordance with the procedures
3. Preparing contractor's documentation in relation to high value project schemes.
4. Supervising and monitoring the construction works for main civil works
5. Liaising closely with the Contractors and their Subcontractor to ensure works are align with specification and approved design drawings.
6. Creating weekly and monthly report for progress, quality, and problems on the Project
7. Ensuring a safe working condition are maintained onsite
8. Reviewing technical specification from HDPE sheet; method statement, joint, testing, and acceptance.
