Job Descriptions :

1. Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
2. Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
3. Maximize brand value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities
4. Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages
5. Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs
6. Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities
7. Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
8. Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
9. Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product team
10. Manage communication and build good relations with media, KOL and third party agencies for joint collaboration on campaigns.
11. Reach out and build a KOL network for various product categories on social media.
12. Negotiate fees for KOL services appropriately ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
13. Provides accurate time estimates for KOL marketing campaigns.
14. Create and explain a complete brief on KOL.
15. Engage in ideation for marketing campaigns while acquiring and managing KOLs or influencers.
16. Select, handle, organize meetings, and alert each account executive to run marketing campaigns.
17. Analyze and monitor KOL performance.

Job Qualifications :

• Proven work experience minimum 1 years of experience in the same field
• Have experience to handle endorsment with KOLs/Influencers is a must
• Have negotiation ability, have high multitasking skills
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
• Have KOLs & Influencer's resource and database
• Preferred from retail fashion, skincare or beauty product industry
• Willing to work from office
• Able to join ASAP
