Requirements :

• Age 23-28 yo
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred.
• Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Proficiency with word processing and proficient in using Excel formulas PIVOT,VLOOKUP,HLOOKUP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description :

• Assist with data preparation and sales team administration
• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Create weekly and monthly sales data reports
• Create Internal Memo to meet the needs of the Sales division
• Updating customer databases and maintaining records
