Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the pharmaceutical and beauty pharma sectors, particularly the botulinum toxin market.
• Develop a robust business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Identify key target segments and customer profiles to tailor business development efforts effectively.

2. Partnership and Relationship Building:

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, beauty product manufacturers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Leverage existing industry relationships and establish new ones to expand the company's network and enhance market visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research & development, to ensure alignment of business development strategies.

3. Deal Negotiation and Execution:

• Lead negotiations for partnerships, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and other business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and beauty pharma sectors.
• Structure deals that align with the company's financial and strategic objectives, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

4. Market Expansion and Revenue Generation:

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, channels, and markets.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical and beauty pharma products, with a focus on botulinum toxin.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine business development strategies.

5. Strategic Planning and Reporting:

• Develop and present regular reports to senior management, outlining progress, key metrics, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Contribute to the company's strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of at least 5-10 years in business development within the pharmaceutical and/or beauty pharma sectors, with a focus on market expansion and revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge of the botulinum toxin market and related regulatory landscape.
• Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with potential partners.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
