We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Senior Executive/Ass. Manager – Talent Acquisition who prides on their ability to deliver timely recruitment through self-sourcing. This is an individual contributor role.

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Executive/Asst. Manager, you will be responsible to support all our businesses in sourcing & recruiting right candidates within prescribed TAT and in a cost efficient manner. Additionally, you will be responsible to maintain your day-to-day recruitment data and dashboards in MS Excel.

Eligibility:

  • Experience 6 - 8 years in Technology hiring
  • Any Graduate, MBA in HRM preferred
  • This role requires the candidate to visit office everyday (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates by using Job portals, databases, social media etc
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Develop and update Job Descriptions and Job Specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals
  • Act as a point of contact for candidate and line manager during interview process
  • Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Maintain recruitment data & dashboards
  • Build strong relationship with stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Knowledge & Competencies:

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 - 8 years of experience in Technology recruitment.

The candidate should have hands on experience of job posting, sourcing profiles on job portals, social media etc. You would also require stakeholder management skill along with experience of maintaining recruitment data and dashboards. A self-motivated person with excellent command over English language can apply for this role.

  • Proven work experience as a Technology Recruiter (Payment Technology preferred)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress

  • Strong decision-making skil
