Job description :

• Responsible for end-to-end hiring fulfilment: manpower planning, candidate sourcing, interview, salary approval, candidate offering, signing process, and on-boarding process.
• Responsible for all organization development projects and activities : organization structure, job description, employee engagement, and others.
• Responsible for end-to-end talent management and people development: new employee orientation, training, and others.
• Responsible for compensation & benefit: monthly payroll, employee income tax and provident fund (BPJS), and related services and administration
• Responsible for GA activities: ensure work facilities maintained well; GA related documents filed properly; stationary stocking; and ensure administrative arrangements such as meeting room, business trip, transportation, flights, and all related GA activites are going well.
• Ensure accurate personal records in personal files, payroll and Human Resource Management system
• Controlling all related HR Policies and updating if needed.
• Ensuring daily HR Operation running well.
• Responsible for budgeting and analyzing all HR activities
• Initiate and manage HR Projects if needed.
• Bridging between company and employees and solving any related employee’s issues which needed to be mediated.
• Ensure the environment & company’s culture is conducive for working.
• Perform other tasks as requested by management.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Having at least 3 years experience in the same position and have a strong understanding in Human Resource Management.
• Well organized, mature with strong analytical thinking
• English and Mandarin proficiency both oral and written is essential
• Hard worker, proactive, strong interpersonal skill, committed to excellence customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills to all level and high level of discretion is required.
• Customer oriented and detail person.
• Have a good manner.
