Job Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Must have Brevet A, B and C.
• Got deep knowledge and experience in indonesia taxation.
• Must have very good verbal skills, can work in a team, hard working, discipline and detail oriented.
• Must have good work habits, including a willingness to work the hours required to get the job done, especially when important deadlines are required

Job Descriptions:

• Receive the complete document from accounting for payment schedule and payment execution.
• Control cash flow and out, liese to the bank for financial transaction (bank statement, giro, cheque, etc).
• Verification cash advance, usage and cash advance process, prepare petty cash report for daily usage.
• Petty cash opname at the end of month.
• Reconciliation journal tax and account with tax report.
• Preparing for payment tax to goverment.
• Prepairing data to report the tax to goverment and lialise with tax consultant about tax report.
• Review all the tax matter (Vat in, Vat Out, and all withholding tax that occurred).
• Preparing data for annual local audit and tax audit.
• Conduct correspondence with the Indonesian Tax authorities such as letter of request and replies, if any (in collaboration with a tax consultant).
